The gateway is a single Docker container. With Tilde OSS and Tilde Enterprise, you run it next to your databases. With Tilde Cloud, Tilde runs it. In every edition, agents run as separate containers or Lambda functions and dial out to it. Users and chat providers reach agents only through the gateway’s ingress.
